BOOKING FOR LATE SUMMER/EARLY FALL 2024

 

Ideal for the summer or year round BBQ'er.

- Striploin Steaks or Wing Steak

- T-Bone (or Striploin and Tenderloin)

- Sirloin Steaks

- Flank Steak

- Roasts (Sirloin tip, Rump, Inside Round, Eye of Round)

Options: Stewing beef, ground beef, hamburger patties, soup bones

When available: heart, tongue, liver and oxtail

Approximately 160-190lbs dressed weight. Hind Quarter = *CALL FOR PRICE PER POUND* + processing. Processing starts at $1.30/lb for vacuum sealed pack. There is an extra charge for hamburger grinding and patties etc. Butcher paper is cheaper. **If paying by credit card, a 2.65% fee will be added due to the already low cost of bulk purchasing**

Payment

You will be contacted regarding your total, once we have bagged and weighed your order within 24 hours.

E-transfer is our current preferred method of payment.
Credit Card/Debit is also accepted upon pick up

If anything is backordered it will not be paid for at this time.

Pickup or Delivery

Once contacted with your total, please plan to pick up your order within 24 hours.  

Orders are set out for curb side pick up within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time. Please arrive in a timely fashion. 

If you are unable to pickup due to limited mobility, or isolation, a delivery or porch drop off may be arranged for a fee.
