When available: heart, tongue, liver and oxtail
Approximately 160-190lbs dressed weight. Hind Quarter = *CALL FOR PRICE PER POUND* + processing. Processing starts at $1.30/lb for vacuum sealed pack. There is an extra charge for hamburger grinding and patties etc. Butcher paper is cheaper. **If paying by credit card, a 2.65% fee will be added due to the already low cost of bulk purchasing**
